RETURN POLICY

At The Scent Vault, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return process.

Return Window Returns are accepted within **30 days** of purchase. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition with all packaging intact.


Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used fragrance products (for safety and hygiene reasons)
- Items purchased during clearance or final sale events
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage


How to Return
1. **Contact us** at support@thescentvault.com with your order number
2. **Receive return authorization** (RA number) and shipping instructions
3. **Ship the item** to the address provided (customer pays return shipping)
4. **Receive refund** within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item


Refunds
- Full purchase price refunded (excluding original shipping)
- Refunds issued to the original payment method
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error


Exchanges
Prefer to exchange for a different scent? We offer free exchanges on unopened items within 30 days of purchase. Simply contact us with your request.


Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately with photos. We'll ship a replacement at no cost and may provide a prepaid return label.
