How to Return 1. **Contact us** at support@thescentvault.com with your order number 2. **Receive return authorization** (RA number) and shipping instructions 3. **Ship the item** to the address provided (customer pays return shipping) 4. **Receive refund** within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item

Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately with photos. We'll ship a replacement at no cost and may provide a prepaid return label.
