Room 1015 Wavechild is Jérôme di Marino's tribute to '80s and '90s surf culture — Huntington Beach in golden hour, candy-juicy watermelon over coconut wax, with a surprisingly clean amberwood-cocoa-ambergris finish that keeps the whole thing from going kid-scent territory.
Orange, mandarin, and lemon open with a citrusy chewing-gum snap. Then watermelon and coconut take over — sweet, fruity, photorealistic. Then amber woods, cocoa, and ambergris settle into a soft sun-warmed-skin finish that's adult-coded enough to wear seriously. Lighter projection but addictive.
